Cancer Survivors and Covid 19_1

The current COVID 19 pandemic is a special challenge for persons living with a diagnosis of cancer. Whether waiting for surgery, receiving chemotherapy/radiotherapy and in ‘remission’ there are challenges of a wide variety. The limited transport, the changed priorities of hospitals and the fear of greater vulnerability are all real . In addition, the ‘ UNCERTAINITIES’ of life , which is an essential part of living with a diagnosis of cancer, gets exacerbated by the COVID 19 Pandemic.

NCCS organised a Webinar to address anxiety, stress on April 16 2020.
Here is the audio recording of the very informative, practical and ferom the heart narratives of living in uncertain times.

Please share your own journey, in terms what you experienced, what are your needs, what helped and any other experiences.
These narratives can help everyone living in this situation.
